Astrology for Adaptation to Life: Inner and Outer Relationships

Why Psychological Astrology?

I am a licensed Jungian Psychoanalyst, a member of the IAAP, and a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, Canada. I received my astrology certificate from the Faculty of Astrological Studies in 2002 and have worked as a professional astrologer ever since. In 2013, I completed my Master’s degree in Cultural Astronomy and Astrology at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, with a thesis focused on the question: How did astrology relate to 10th-century Sufism?

For more than two decades, interpreting astrological birth charts has been a meaningful and deeply engaging part of my work. I bring together archetypal symbols and lived reality, interpreting them in a way that is accessible and psychologically meaningful.

An astrological reading offers a way to view life events from inner, outer, and collective perspectives. It can support one’s ability to adapt to change, reconsider one’s focus in life, and recognize repetitive cycles that may keep a person feeling stuck.

Astrology can also help identify areas of life where a person may not feel at ease, while exploring the psychological and collective dimensions of this discomfort. Since astrology offers knowledge on many levels, its interpretation must always be related to the person’s lived reality and present experience.

As part of the cosmos, human beings are also capable of reflecting growth and renewal. Psychological astrology can help explain both the potential for growth and its limits within lived experience.

What Is Its Purpose?

Since astrology can offer knowledge and insight on many levels, it will never be truly complete within a single session. Reflections from the inner to the outer world will continue to renew themselves and create new possibilities. However, within the time limits of a consultation, I must focus on the themes that appear most significant in your current life challenges, as this is necessary to bring reasoning and relatedness.

For this reason, the use of symbolic thinking—such as mythology—together with a constructive and holistic psychological perspective, is an essential priority of the session.

What Are the Benefits ?

The primary aim of an astrological chart reading is to help you gain a different perspective, turn your attention inward to your potentials in relation to the outer facts of life, and perhaps begin to question in new ways. In this process, curiosity can bring new possibilities and help fresh questions emerge in everyday life.

What You May Gain from a Session

A psychological astrology session may offer a symbolic way to reflect on your current life questions, relationships, transitions, and inner search for meaning at this time in your life. Together, we look at the patterns in your birth chart and consider how they may relate to your present experience.

The aim is to support reflection, self-understanding, and a more meaningful relationship to your inner and outer life. This process may help you notice repeating patterns and approach your questions with greater curiosity and psychological flexibility.

The duration of an astrological consultation is generally 80 minutes. Your booking will be confirmed upon our email correspondence.
